The purpose of the work to develop a method of determining physiological (ecological) appropriate doses of mineral nitrogen in crop production technologies, to identify a physiologically reasonable doses of nitrogen fertilizers in growing winter wheat and maize, to investigate influence of microbial agents on the degree of leaching of the nutrients compounds from the root zone along the soil profile. Methods of investigation are standard methods of microbiological, biochemical, agrochemical, field studies and mathematical statistics. In the studies identified ecologically viable doses of mineral nitrogen with application bacterization in the technologies of corn and winter wheat, and without it. Environmentally acceptable doses of mineral nitrogen for corn do not exceed 80 kg / ha, winter wheat - 60 kg / ha. The joint venture with mіneral fertilizer application of microbial agents in corn helps limit the leaching of the compounds of biogenic elements in the soil profile are shown in lysimetric experiments.
