The object of investigation are the stress-strain state, temperature and density during extrusion of powder porous billets, defectiveness and physico-mechanical properties of details. The purpose of this work is enhancement of quality of details with spherical cavity and small collar on the basis of theoretical and experimental analysis of stress-strain state, temperature fields and density radial-direct extrusion of powder porous billets. The mathematical model of elastic-viscoplastic powder porous body has improved in this work with implementation of flow theory. The stress-strain state, distribution of density and temperatures, and, also, the quality during extrusion of forged pieces with spherical cavity and small collar have been estimated. The comparative analysis with experimental data has been conducted. The technological processes of extrusion of forged pieces have developed. The main investigation techniques: statements of flow theory of porous bodies; finite element method. The experimental investigation of deformed state has been provided by coordinate grid method; physico-mechanical properties defined by standard techniques. The statistical processing of experimental data and verification of model adequacy to investigated processes have been conducted according to GOST 8.207-76 using standard software application packages Mathcad 12.0 and STATІSTІCA 6.
