Azotobacterin 07 allows the production of early tomatoes Chance variety to 12,4%. The perspective of Azotobacterin 07 preparation of bacterial origion in the formation of nutien substrate was shown. It was found thet on the Ashby medium wit EPAA the titer of A. vinelandii 10702 increased at 1,2 times. The nitrogen fixation activity of the strain increased too. It was found the technology of production the gel preparation on the base B. japonicum 36 wits, self viability and nodulation activity of the cells for five months. The method of productivng the vermykulite preparation on the base of the B. japonicum 36 . The titer of the B. japonicum 36 was in times great than in the control after six months. The effectiveness of using the differend forms of japonicum 36 biopreparations was sown in the field experiments on the southern chernozyom for inoculation the soybean Odessa 150A. The necessity and possibility of joint cultivation of bacteria of different functional activities (A. vinelandii 10 702, Paenibacillus rolymyxa P, Bacillus sp. 12501).
