Samples have a number of important properties. It is low dielectric losses, high mechanical quality, high values of electromechanical coupling factor and piezoelectric coefficient. Influence of Lithium carbonate, Bismuth oxide, Lead oxide additions on sintering temperature of this type ceramics was investigated. A fabrication method for low sintering piezoceramics was developed and ones samples were fabricated.
