Effective Hamiltonian for such type of systems is proposed. It depends on an order of highest nonlinearities and gradients of order parameters. An expression for the upper critical dimension of such systems is found. It is shown that the critical dimension depends on such model parameters: the power of nonlinearity, the order of order parameter gradients and the dimension of the modulation subspace.
