It has been established, that all the investigated varieties are highly poly-morphic variety population, which have, fo their genetical identification, the most acceptabl zone of distribution of polypeptides, albumins and globulins in the range of molecular masses 14,4-25 kDa. According to the results of electrophoresis of reserved albumins, extracted from seeds, the varieties passports (certificates) have been made. The experiments on the electrophoresis of reserved albumins,singld out from seeds and seed-lobes of 3 variety genotypes of white cabbage, have been car-ried out for making up albumin formulars. It has been established, that the total electrophoretic spectrum of albumens and globulins of white cabbage consists of 36 mobile components, from which 22 components clearly differ on their molecu-lar mass in the range of up to 25 kDa, the albumens formulars of the spectrum types 12S of globulin of white cabbage varieties Olesya, Yana, Yaroslavna and red cabbage variety Paleta have been worked out. On the basis of the use of technignes SSR-PCR the genetic cartificates for two genotypes-standards as to their resistancy to the pathogene fusarions fading (lines La 4026 and F7 Orko), have been created, the genetic identification of four half-cultural forms of tomato (L. esculentum var. Pimpinellifolium (Mill. ) Brezh, L. esculentum var. cerasiforme (A. Gray) Brezh, L. cheesmanii var. typicus Riley, L. esculentum var. racemigerum (Lange) Brezh), which are the donors of abiotic and biotic stability and are longe-range forms for introgression of embryonic plasma into genofond of cultural forms of tomato, has been done. The intraspecific polymorphism of microsatellite locuses in the cultural forms of tomato (L. esculentum (Mill.)) - varieties Klondayk, Malinovoye Viconte, Iryshka and Seven breeding IVM NAAS, has been investigated on the basis of sta-tistical index meanings – index of primer specificity, found 6 analyzes the use of perspective SSR primers for the purpose of certification of genetic assortment of tomato.
