A purpose of work is development of methods of creation resistant to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and Alternaria radicina forms of carrot and resistant to Alternaria solani forms of tomato by the cellular breeding in vitro. It is set that most optimal scheme of cellular breeding of carrot on resistance to Sclerotinia is a two-stage selection on a scheme: 1) callus-culture, 50-60% KF; 2) regenerants-culture, 20% KF of pathogen. Optimum for a selection calluses of carrot resistant to Alternaria there is B5 medium with 30 % cultural filtrate, which ensures surviving 56,1 % of calluses and possibility of their further cultivation. It is got patent № 77741 from 15.01.2007 on the invention of "Nutrient medium for getting of somatic carrot embroids of carrot in the cullos culture in vitro". It is set that optimal scheme of cellular breeding of tomato on resistance to Alternaria is a two-stage selection in the culture of the isolated seed-lobe leaves on BI 2 medium with 40% KF with further plants-regenerants cultivation in a hard natural infectious surroundings or artificial infection. On results of the phytopathological estimation to the group resistant to Alternaria is taken 20,6 % tomato varieties, passing a cellular selection. Collection of morphogenic calluses is created with complex resistance to biotic and abiotic factors. A patent request is given on the method of creation resistant to the Alternaria initial breeding forms of tomato.
