Aim: theoretical and experimental grounding of using modern biotechnical selection methods of biennial vegetable plants of carrot, white and red cabbage, bulb onion, aimed at selection process of acceleration. The ways of new-formation induction in the culture of seed germs of carrot in vitro have been worked out and the induction method of irregular cabbage apomixes, which allow to get dihaploid lines far a year and hasten lines creation by 5 years. At the expense of the way of raising productivity, that had been worked out, and defending against abiotic stresses of vegetable plants varieties, having been received on the basis of microclonal reproduction method, the productivity and good condition of selection lines of white cabbage was raised. The sterile lines with CMS of bulb onion have been multiplied. For the effective selection process raising the prognosis of productivity signs displaying, good condition, resistency to biotic stresses, the mathematic-statistical models on displaing of regularities of inheritance of important selectively – valuable signs of paternal forms, derivative from cabbage varieties and hybrids, have been worked out.
