The aim: elaboration of scientifically-grounded system of commodity vegetable-growing keeping for economies with differentgrades of intensity on the basis cost prices standards and improvement of their structure. Results: The pricing mechanism in vegetable growing has been improved, the minimum prices for commodity vegetables and seeds of vegetable-melon cultures by the method "cost price + normative profit" have been improved. 18 standards of cost price, while growing commodity vegetables (II grade of intesity), and 15 standards of cost prices, while growing seeds of vegetable-melon cultures, have been worked out. The conceptual model of labour productivity raising in vegetable-growing has been worked out, the essence of which is in optimization of vegetable cultures with the aim of ensuring system, complex development of specialization and concentration of vegetable production, sntroduction of scientific work organization system, innovations. The model of the optimization of the plan of governing over vegetable production stock has been suggested for farms with profet maximalization.
