Clinical indicators that are used for evaluation of quality of medical care are divided into structure, process and outcome indicators. The process of medical care has an immediate impact on the result indicators therefore low level of the process results in low level of the outcome. Basic principles of development of indicators of quality of grant of medicare to the oncologic patients in Ukraine and basic stages of process of planning and development of indicators of quality of separate nosology forms are certain. Certain list of high-quality indexes which it is necessary to complement methodology of estimation of activity of oncologic establishments and state of medicare an oncologic patient. Passport of oncologic establishment, which will allow to conduct monitoring of logistical support of oncologic establishments of Ukraine, is worked out.
