Criteria are offered for the evaluation of potential effects influence of GMОs on the environment and the traits of realization of risk assessment are analysed in the case of release of GMОs in the open system with the purpose of governmental approbation ( examination). Terms are marked to the information which must be contained in materials for release of governmental approbation ( examination ) of GMОs . Requirements are developed to organizations, which will conduct governmental approbation (examination) and requirements to materials, which will contain information about GMОs obtained by means of analytical methods.
