As a result of the project fulfillment, the development of solar cells based on multicrystalline silicon has been performed and the studies of the degradation resistance of solar cells and photovoltaic modules from multicrystalline silicon solar cells to the effects of cyclical changes in temperature and radiation. A schematic technological documentation for manufacturing of photovoltaic modules with front protective coating on the mineral glass and transparent plastics polietilenteraftalat based has been created.
