In PPI nd. a. V.Ya. Yuriev since 2007 there was initiated not only the creation of rape heterotic hybrids but also the elaboration of all possible ways for achieving that aim. During the 2007-2010 year period in order to define selfincompatibility by means of test crosses 1010 plants were analyzed in the collection nursery and mutagenesis study nursery. Selfincompatibility of a different level in 47 specimens has been confirmed. In the specimen bred from M2 Senator Lyuks DAB 0,1% 4 apomictic forms have been obtained on the basis of which the search for maintainers of apomixsis and restorers of fertility has been carried out. At the end of 2010 51 chimeras for sterility have been created. A sterile plant was obtained in 2009 as a result of M2 Senator Lyuks 'treatment with DAB 0,1% being in a selfincompatibility form by the analysis of 2008.
