Work objective - identification of pathogens in vegetative and reproductive organs of plants; monitoring of fungi - producers of mycotoxins and presence of mycotoxins in wheat; substantiation of measures of decrease of a defeat of plants by toxin-producing pathogens. Results - diseases of winter wheat, rape and sunflower are caused by toxin-producing microorganisms were detected; factors that affect on reducing the spread of toxin-producing organisms were investigated; some mycotoxins in seeds were detected; resistant varieties against to defeat toxin-producing pathogens were studied; Recommendations on decrease of a defeat of plants toxins by microorganisms were developed.
