The evaluation of the binding energy between the residual hydrogen and energy trap for the real welds produced by electrodes with different deoxidation of the weld metal was made. The experimental tests and calculations of hydrogen brittleness of structural steel under uniaxial tension and bending were carried out. The level of local plastic strains and stresses required for crack formation in the presence of hydrogen in the metal was studied by means of experimental-computational method. A comparison of experimental data with calculations was allowed to determine the value of brittle strength of the deformed hydrogenated weld metal.
