Current seismotectonic processes which are take place in the lithosphere of the western part of the EEP are studied. The character of seismotectonic processes of large geological provinces is studied and common and specific features of the seismic regime are discovered. The physical and geological deep heterogeneities, which may be genetically associated with areas of local earthquakes, are discovered. The ties of seismicity between large geological provinces as the Ukrainian Shield, the Dnieper Donetsk Depression, the Voronezh Crystalline Body and the deep heterogeneities are studied. The methods and software for gravity modeling of the deep structure of the earth's crust and upper mantle are engineered. Complex models of the earth's crust and upper mantle of the western part of the EEP are constructed.
