Purpose of work: to develop and to perfect methodical receptions on the obtaining of embryo stem cells and plyuripotent stem cells from bone marrow of different types of animals; to develop and to perfect methodical receptions of condition of derivation, cultivation, and freezing of embryo fibroblasts of rats with the purpose of obtaining of fider layer; to investigate the influence of different conditions of cultivation on the proliferative activity of mesenchymal stem cells of different kinds of animals; to develop conditions of freezing of mesenchymal stem cells of different kinds of animals; to investigate the influence of mesenchymal stem cells of bone marrow and embryo fibroblasts of rats motion processes in their skin. During realization of experimental researches optimal methodical receptions were worked out in relation to the obtaining of heterogeneous fraction of mesenchymal stem cells of marrow of crawls, dogs and cats. Experimental researches are successfully conducted in relation to the study of influence of different conditions of cultivation of heterogeneous fraction of mesenchymal stem cells on their proliferative activity. Methodical receptions are improved in relation to freezing of stem cells in liquid nitrogen, a cellular bank is created. The influence of transplantation of mesenchymal stem cels from bone marrow and embryo fibroblasts of rats into zone of skin defect on motion of reparative processes is experimentally investigated. It is set, that transplantated mesenchymal stem cels into damaged area of skin activate regenerative processes in a skin, decrease of inflamation reaction, intensify of an neoangiogenesis and epitelisation of area of injury.
