The object – the features of a recombinational process in hybrids from intraspecific and wild crosses of winter durum wheat. The purpose – to develop intensive winter durum wheat varieties with high technological and macaroni indices of grain and adaptability. Methods – hybridological analysis, technological, statistical. Results: the methods of a breeding material evaluation for frost hardiness and selection for improvement of technological properties have been improved. The original initial breeding material and varieties have been developed. Introduction: 8 intensive varieties of winter durum wheat were transferred to the State Variety Trial: Partenit, Tavryda, Kreiser, Linkor, Bosfor, Havan’, Prozoryi, Kaskad.
