A research objective: studying of features of a clinical current of a pathology of cardiovascular system (an arterial hypertension, metabolic cardiopathy) at endocrine frustrations at age aspect, and also an estimation of features functional, morphological, hormonal that of biochemical changes at these diseases. The used methods: anthropometry, questioning, electrocardiography, an echocardiography, functional that pharmacological tests, daily monitoring of arterial pressure, biochemical methods of research lipid spectrum of blood, a carbohydrate exchange, levels of insulin that S-peptide, and also hormonal and ultrasonic of research of a thyroid gland. Theoretical and practical results: the offered system of an estimation of influence functional that of pharmacological tests on indicators cardiovascular systems, and also efficiency forecasting hypotensive therapies depending on variants of an arterial hypertension at adiposity, thyroid gland diseases. Approaches to diagnostics and treatment of patients from an arterial hypertension are optimized at the raised index of weight of a body by working out of ways of correction of arterial pressure taking into account sensitivity to insulin and changes in lipid composition and a carbohydrate exchange, thyroid status. Novelty results: frequency of occurrence of an arterial hypertension and accompanying components of a metabolic syndrome at patients with an index of weight of a body over 30 kg/m2 is studied.
