It is shown that PbTiO3 decrease exchange interaction between Fe ions. Local static and dynamic lattice distortions in the relaxor ferroelectric PbMg1/3Nb2/3O3 (PMN) and solid solutions (1-x)PbMg1/3Nb2/3O3 - xPbTiO3 (x=0.075 - 0.33) at the temperatures from 290 to 800 K were investigated by EPR method. It is found that there are regions with reorientable polar nanoregions. It is determined parameters of the Vogel-Fulcher law describing the rate of ionic hopping between symmetrically equivalent off-center positions. It is found that addition of PbTiO3 to PMN decreases total volume of the polar nanoregions and also suppresses their reorientational dynamics.
