Study of microwave influence on the processes of mass transfer in the solid state provided in project. This processes can be used in development of methods of creation and modification of a wide class of both semiconductor and ceramic matherials. Project plan out quantitative experiments for characterize the effect of microwave electromagnetic field on the processes of: (1) mass transfer and relaxation of internal stress in the heterogeneous system semiconductor-insulator-metall; (2) surface, grain boundaries and volume diffusion, which determine formation of ceramic matherials microstructures on different stages of sintering and synthesis; (3) determine depandance of such influence from frequency, intensity and polarization of microwave irradiation.
