Object: Study of clinical and hematological features of patients with chronic myeloproliferative disorders and myelodysplastic syndromes. Methods: clinical, hematological, statistical. Results and novelty. Study subjects included 195 patients, among them 116 patients who were previously diagnosed as chronic mylogenous leukemia (CML), 46 patients who were diagnosed as myelofibrosis with myeloid metaplasia (МММ), 33 patients with myelodysplastic syndromes (МDS). Clinical and morphological characteristic ware determined, which, after of retrospective analysis, will be used for determination of a prognostic meaningfulness in relation diseases. It was exposed that treatment of chronic and acceleration stages of CML associated with incrision of amounts of thrombocytes, and the blast stage of CML was associated with reduction of amount of thrombocytes. Progression of CML was characterized the increase of leukocytes, and amount of them diminished during therapy, and, partially, during transformation of acceleration to blast stage of CML. Anemic syndrome associated with delaying of ripening of red nucleus cells in patients with MDS (<5% blast cells in bone marrow). Patients with MDS and presence of 5% < blast cells in bone marrow patients characterized of increasing immature myeloid cells and lymphocytes, narrowing hematopoietic erythroid linage with delaying of normocytic cells. The patients were selected according to this ratio: patients that have low risk disease (to 2 balls), patients with intermediate risk disease (from 3 to 5), and patients with high risk disease (6 balls). Chronic myelomonocytic leukemia characterized anemic syndrome which associated with thrombocytopenia and mild leukocytosis in blood. In bone marrow were detected blast cells, immature granulocytes and monocytes rising. Product Description popup.authors Клименко Сергій Вікторович Костюкевич О.М.
