Ten antigens (RAD50, FAM50A, PARD3, SAP30BP, SPP1, RBPJ, TOP2B, NY-BR-1, NY-BR-62, NY-CO-58), which have statistically significant diagnostic potential were selected. We proposed new antigenic panel from 8 out of 10 antigens, which can diagnose breast cancer with a sufficiently high specificity and sensitivity (89% and 71% respectively).
