The virtual laboratory equipment has been developed and supported with methodological materials and multimedia training aids. The principles of acquired skills assessment have been theoretically reasoned. Based on the virtual systems, the theoretical fundamentals of multi-channel monitoring of dynamic processes in complex systems, troubleshooting and prediction of objects' technical state have been developed. The outcomes are introduced into industry and universities. The outcomes can be used in the learning process during the laboratory practical training and student's autonomous work, in research laboratories and industrial enterprises.
