The object of the research - the structural and functional parameters of the CNS, CVS and endocrine system in experimental animals. Methods and apparatus - electrophysiological methods, spectral-correlation analysis of bioelectrical activity of the CNS and CVS, electron microscopy, vital microscopy of microvasculature, histochemistry, biochemical methods (determination of hormone and nitrite levels, lipid peroxidation products). The results - new data on age characteristics of the CNS, CVS and endocrine system in experimental animals were obtained, the concept of physiological regulatory systems of adaptive reactions in conditions of extreme cold effects were developed. The novelty, the effectiveness of implementation, the industry use - at first time the concept of physiological regulatory systems of adaptive reactions in conditions of extreme cold effects were developed. The results can be used in medical practice in the correction of somato-autonomic disorders by enhancing the adaptive ability of the organism.
