The aim of the project is a deepening and detailing of knowledge about impact of the severe plastic deformation methods and metal forming processes on the mass transport in polycrystals; improvement of existing metal forming technologies. Methods of research - optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray microanalysis method. It was shown that, due to the material flow peculiarities, the Twist Extrusion leads to more effective alignment of properties by the volume of material, comparing with the heat treatment, direct extrusion and heat treatment followed by direct extrusion as well.
