The goal of this work is development physical-technical fundamentals of methods of operation by blasting breakage. The methods of investigations are the generalization of scientific technical and patent information in the field of rock's blasted breaking; theoretical investigations were using the methods of solid medium mechanics, theoretical mechanics and mathematic statistics; experimental investigations had being carry out in laboratory and industrial conditions. The physical-technical fundamentals of rock blasting breakage methods by blast hole charges are developed and are consisted in establishment: 1)objective laws of the stress wave amplitude fade during explosion in cracked mediums with different fillers of cracks; 2) for the first time such conditions of forming dissimilar stress fields in space of rock mass that rise the role of extending and shearing forces in blasting breakage; 3) new optimal compositions of hardening mixtures for blast hole stemming, that provide increase the time of rock blasting loading, rise intensity there blasting breakage and lowering the ecological loading on surroundings. The novelty of work consists in the account of conformity to the law of growth of role of stretchings forces at destruction of hard environments in the nоn-uniform power field which is created in the array of rocks at placing of explosive in the plastic hoses of variable section and in the estimation of decline here of extra's of dust and toxic gases in an atmosphere. A novelty consists also in a ground and development of new optimum from point of their strength and cost properties stemming materials, allowing improving the destroying action of explosion.
