The aim: studying and modeling of seasonal-diurnal variations of the dynamic processes in the ionosphere under quiet conditions. The novelty: the unique information about variations of the parameters of geospace plasma during the equinoxes and solstices in 2009, according to the Kharkov IS radar, are obtained. The simulation parameter variations of dynamic processes in the ionosphere in a deep minimum of solar activity are carried out. The efficiency of implementation: the results contribute to the further expansion of the conception of processes in geospace. The area of application: fundamental research of solar-terrestrial connections and the near-Earth space environment, the development of techniques for analyzing the experimental results obtained by the IS radars.
