For the purpose of increase of efficiency laboratory diagnostics Anaplasmosis (АI) and Ehrlichiosis (EI) the basic and auxiliary methods of etiology verification these diseases are improved: microscopic, with the recommendation to look through a five hundred cells-of-targets (leukocytes) infected agents of a AI and EI in blood samples; cultural - based of cultivation AI agent in human promyelocytic leukemia HL-60 cell line and optimization to a mean staining their for detection of morules; immunological - based on use for the first time the created two types experimental samples of test-systems: for detection of a anaplasmosis agent in reaction of indirect immunofluorescence (RIIF) in clinical material samples, and for definition of level (titer) antibodies against a anaplasmosis agent in RIIF in blood serum; PCR-detecting causative agents AI and EI by statement standard format PCR, and in the form nested two-round PCR with use of two synthesized both three commercial group - and species-specific systems of primers in samples a different biological material. The indicators of efficiency methods immunological and PCR diagnostics АI and EI are established: a limit of sensitivity, specificity and reproducibility by results of laboratory-clinical test the developed RIIF-test-systems and the synthesized systems primers.
