The purpose of work is to increase the efficiency of functioning of motor transport enterprise on the basis of development of projects on the choice of priority directions and strategies of innovative development. A research method is a theory of management, methods of statistical collection and processing of data, theory and methods of mathematical analysis and design, marketing methods, method of expert estimations, method of comparison of indexes. The developed method of determination of directions of innovative development of motor transport enterprise is on the basis of innovative level. Base strategies of innovative development, algorithm and criterion of efficiency are offered and grounded for a choice one or a few strategies of motor transport enterprise. Using the method of the dynamic programming, to define optimum project of realization of innovative strategy on an enterprise on a long-term period (in our task on 5 years) after the criterion of a maximum of the expected profit. The developed method of the having a special purpose complex program and practical recommendations is on its introduction on a motor transport enterprise. Results of scientifically experimental work are inculcated in practical activity of LTD "ATP Slobodyanyuk" at determination of strategies and development of projects of innovative development of enterprise. Prognosis suppositions in relation to development of research object are an increase of efficiency of work and increase of profits of enterprise.
