The purpose of the work is production technology reprocessing of corundum on sialon containing binding, silicon carbide on silica nitride binding refractories, mastering of production technology of silicon carbide on alumina containing binding, mullite corundum silicon carbide containing refractory products.The research methods are physical and mechanical, chemical and petrographic ones.The production technologies of corundum on sialon containing binding and silicon carbide on silica nitride binding refractory products have been reprocessed. The comparison researches of the influence of alumina type (alumina grade of "ГК-2" produced by OJSC "Zaporozhsky aluminium plant"; alumina grade of "ALO-Ex 34" produced by company "MAL ZrT" (Hungary); alumina grade of "Г-00" calcined in OJSC "The Ukrainian research institute of refractories named after A.S. Berezhnoy") in the composition of joint milling mix on the synthesis of sialon binding and properties of corundum on sialon containing binding refractories have been carried out.It has been shown that all researched aluminas in the composition of joint milling mixes provide synthesis of sialon and high properties of corundum on sialon containing binding refractories. Projects of technological instruction and technical conditions, which regulated production of corundum on sialon containing binding refractories, have been elaborated. As a result of caring researches, the raw materials base for manufacture of corundum on sialon containing binding refractories has been expanded.The comparison researches of the influence of type and quantity of dispersing additions (№1, №2 and №3) on the properties of vibrocasting silicon carbide on silica nitride binding refractories have been carried out. It has been shown that addition №2, used in common with addition №3, in the optimum quantity can be used in the composition of batch for production of the indicated refractories. Using of additions №2 and №3 allows increasing strength of refractory product ~ 1.3 times more. As a result of caring researches, the raw materials base for manufacture of silicon carbide on silica nitride binding refractories has been expanded.The technological instruction and technical conditions, which regulated production of vibrocasting silicon carbide on silica nitride binding refractories, have been elaborated. The manufacture technologies of silicon carbide on alumina containing binding and mullite corundum with additive silicon carbide refractory products with using of regenerated silicon carbide have been put into production at OJSC "The Ukrainian research institute of refractories named after A.S. Berezhnoy".The pilot batches of silicon carbide refractory products brand of "ККГП" and "ККНКВ", which are intended to customers, have been produced.The work shall be continued in the line of further improvement of production technology of reaction fired refractories and expanding of application volume of corundum on sialon containing binding, silicon carbide on silica nitride and alumina containing binding refractory products.
