Object of research - is standard legal acts of Ukraine and normative documents of different levels of accepting which concern all lines of business of gas-transport system.The work purpose - to provide operative access to specialists of SC "Ukrtransgas" to is standard legal acts necessary in their professional activity and normative documents.Research method - analysis of a file of the information concerning the set object of research, its corresponding structurization, systematization and entering, in the necessary form in a uniform database.Results of work and their novelty - by use of modern computer technologies each specialist on a work place has access to the necessary information.Application industry - SC "Ukrtransgas" and its branches.Introduction degree - the automated information retrieval system of the text-through normative documents used in SC "Ukrtransgas" is implemented at all levels of functioning of the Company.The interrelation with other works - system is a subsoil for effective functioning of a quality management system of SC "Ukrtransgas" as contains documents on each line of business of the Company.The importance of work and conclusions - system use improves work of specialists of the Company at all levels as a result of simplification and reduction of labor input in the course of search of the necessary information, allows to order and support in an actual condition funds of normative documents on places, promotes realization of a uniform technical policy concerning designing, building, exploitation and repair of objects of gas-transport system.
