It has been established better fluidity ability of additive 2. Kinetics of plastic strength change of coagulated structures in vibrocasting grained corundum mass with Cr2O3 additive in dependence on humidity, quantity of additive 2, quantity of fine ground component of batch has been researched.The optimum values of humidity, quantity of additive 2, as well as quantity of fine ground component of vibrocasting grained corundum mass with Cr2O3 additive, have been established. Samples, produced from mass of the optimum composition by vibrocasting, had properties, which corresponded requirements of technical documentation (ТУ У 26.2-00190503-320:2010), after firing at temperature 1750°C.The researches of the influence of aluminas with -Al2O3 content more than 90 %, made by different producers on the flowing at vibration of grained corundum mass with Cr2O3 additive (based on tabular alumina T-60/T-64 or domestic fused corundum), as well as on the main properties of samples after firing at temperature 1750°C, have been carried out. It has been determined the possibility of application of the researched aluminas for manufacture of fired corundum refractories with Cr2O3 additive, as result of this, a raw materials base for production of the indicated refractories is expanded. Using obtained results an application for a patent were filled and a change No1 project to technology instruction ТИ 24- ИО-178-2009 for fired corundum refractories with Cr2O3 additive and without was developed.The researches of the influence of alumina containing component (aluminas made by different producers with -Al2O3 content more than 90 %), which are contained in fine ground matrix on the main properties of unfired samples from low-cement concrete grade of "СКБГ-1", "СКБГХ-1", "СКБГ-2", "СКБГХ-2", after 3, 7, 28 days of hydraulic hardening, as well as samples, fired at temperature 1750°C, have been carried out. As result of the indicated researches, it has been determined the possibility of application of the indicated aluminas, as well as a raw materials base for production of the above mentioned concretes is expanded.Using obtained results a change No1 project to technology instruction ТИ 24- ИО-168-2009 was developed and technical documentation ТУ У 26.2-0019503-334:2010 which is regulate corundum concrete properties indices were developed and operationalized.According to technical documentation (ТИ 24-ИО-168-2009), in OJSC "The Ukrainian research institute of refractories named after A.S. Berezhnoy" the pilot batches of traditional grade of "СКБГ" and low-cement grade of "СКБГX-2" corundum concretes with properties, which corresponded requirements of technical documentation (ТУ У 26.2-00190503-334:2010), have been produced. This refractory production is intended to consumers on internal and foreign markets (export to Russian Federation). The work should be continued in the direction of obtaining of corundum samples with Cr2O3 additive with open porosity less 20 % based on fused corundum, as well as further improvement of production technology of low-cement corundum concrete and expanding of its production volumes.
