Aim of investigation: a primary purpose is development of methodical approaches to determination of middle level of tariffs for postal services of USEP "Ukrposhta" taking into account normative base features of postal operators according to tendency and growth prospects of postal services market in Ukraine and also to competition at this market, economic situation and performance indicators of country in whole. Results: is developed the methodical complex for tariff policy on providing postal services which must contain such constituents: marketing research with the subsequent analysis of results; researching elasticity of demand for postal services at the price; SWOT; development of price strategy; is given calculation example of the expected increase or decreasing of profits owing to change of tariff strategy; is given calculation example of the expected increase or decreasing of profits for "Retail and mail-order trade" services and "Other services". An example and structure of the unclear productive finding system are given; is carried out a simulation in the unclear productive finding system which showed that profits of consumers; quality of services and grading of service and also expectations and priorities of consumers are major factors determining demand for postal services. Introduction efficiency: efforts will be used for the choice of tariff strategy of the USEP "Ukrposhta" and will give an opportunity to form tariff strategy of postal enterprise.
