Methods of research: electromyography and ergography in situ, immunofermentic analyzer, ethological methods. These have been developed and created: - the method of reproduction at the animals of hypercortisolism and hyperthyroid states, hyperandrogenicity, hypothermia, influences of the moderate physical loading; - the electromyography and ergography methods in situ; - the experimental researches have been conducted and the experimental material has been statistically treated and analyzed by the study of energy of muscular contraction in the dynamics of chronic introduction of dexamethasone, complex application of dexamethasone and moderate physical loading, development of state of hypothermia; - the experimental researches have been conducted and the material has been analyzed by the study of correlations between the level of triiodothyronine and thyroxin at the white rats in norm and at experimental hyperthyroisys; - the ethological reactions of animals have been studied in the conditions of the changed noradrenergic transmission in cerebrum taking into account their initial emotional status.
