The basic technological parameters of allocation dioxide silicon and formation carbide silicon are received as a result of the analysis of thermodynamic calculations, temperature intervals and parities of components are established. It is developed on the basis of precomputations laboratory installation for heat treatment of a rice peel with the purpose of reception of target products - dioxide and carbide silicon. The basic technological parameters of process are established: a degree of crushing of the initial raw material, the developed technique of preliminary processing of a rice peel acid-spirit a solution for removal of organic and inorganic connections of metals. Heat treatment was spent at temperature 600-650 degrees С and has allowed to receive a product of technical and higher qualification after preliminary processing raw material. Areas of use: manufacture electro- and radio of components, manufacture of the equipment for reception of record and reproduction of a sound and the image etc.
