The purpose of the work is to study of fundamental physical effects of the electromagnetic fields of optical microlasers in visible and infrared wavebands and to develop the mathematical models and advanced computational algorithms for computer analysis of eigenmodes and scattered fields of such objects. The method of research is mathematical modeling of optical fields as the solutions of boundary value problems for Maxwell's equations with exact boundary conditions on the surfaces of dielectric bodies and the corresponding active zones, as well as the radiation conditions, together with the exact numerical simulation using the convergent and efficient algorithms. The numerical algorithm for solving Mueller's integral equations based on the Nystrom interpolation method has built. It ables us to study whispering gallery modes of H-type in a thin two-dimensional resonator with edge as a spiral shape and a kite. Also we presented a three-dimensional model of the optical field in the presence of a thin disk and studied the Parcel effect of a such microcavity. The simulation of optical fields under pulsed excitation in two-dimensional circular dielectric microcavities has beeen done, where the parameters of the medium depend on the time. We have developed the models for the analisys of an optical fields that arise in the light wave scattering by a single nanostrip and the final plane lattices of the circular silver nanowires.
