The principal purpose of the latter consists in implementation of measures for elimination of the threats and mitigation their negative consequences, analysis of Chernobyl consequences elimination state, general analysis and tendencies of emergences development, analysis and forecast for potential hazards. The frame of the training system for actions at the emergences, their scientific, material-and-technical, financial support were ascertained. Progress and shortcomings were considered in detail. Directions for improvement of resolving the problems for people and territories protection against natural emergences were determined.
