Implementation of birth defects monitoring enables to determine the rate of inborn diseases among newborns. The obtained data shows the necessity of further monitoring of birth defects among newborn and children in order to estimate and eliminate the risk factors of it's development. Women with reproductive losses history are of increased risk for further failure, so they should be examined for TORCH-infections according to the pre-conceptional birth defects prophylaxes program. The medical-genetic counseling is necessary in families with reproductive losses history, having children with multi-factor diseases. After undergoing the pre-conceptional prophylaxes measures such families get a chance to deliver a healthy child.
