We showed high efficiency of applied therapy, considering the improvement or normalizing of indicators of individual susceptibility to xenobiotics. Nevertheless, membrane-protecting and anti-hypoxanthic medicines showed insufficient efficiency in protection of kidney tissue. Some indicators of function of proximal segment of nefron and its glomerulus, especially in children from areas, polluted with radiation, showed the increased danger of sclerotic changes in kidney's parenchyma, which demands the correction of therapeutic cycles.
