The purpose of work: High precision measurements of microwave transition frequencies of Cu, Ag and Au atoms in preionization states, resolving direct and reverse problems of spectroscopy. An atomic-beam radio spectrometer for investigation of the absorption spectra of Cu, Ag and Au atoms in S, P, D, F, G Rydberg states in the frequency range 73 - 363 GHz has been modernized. One-photon and two-photon resonances of the types nS1/2- > (n+1)S1/2, nP1/2,3/2- > (n+1) S1/2, nP1/2,3/2- > (n+1)P1/2,3/2, nP1/2,3/2- > nD3/2,5/2, nD3/2,5/2 -> (n+1)D3/2,5/2 , nD3/2,5/2 -> (n+2)P1/2,3/2 , nF5/2,7/2- > (n+3)D5/2, nF7/2 -> (n+2) D5/2, nD3/2,5/2 -> nF5/2,7/2 , nF5/2,7/2- > (n+1) F5/2,7/2 і nF7/2- > (n+1) G7/2,9/2 have been found. Frequencies of 189 resonances of these types were measured and identified for n = 23 - 38. Constants for quantum defect calculation of Cu, Ag and Au atoms in S, P, D, F, G states, constants for calculation of the fine structure frequencies in P, D, F, G - states as well as constants for calculation of the hyperfine structure frequencies in S, P-states of Cu atom have been determined. For Ag atom an effective two-photon resonance 5S1/2 - 28D5/2 which frequency coincides with the double frequency of the 5S1/2 - 5P3/2 resonance transition has been found.
