An object researches is a legislative and normative base of Ukraine which regulates implementation of works from confirmation of accordance. A purpose of work is creation of the legal field is for the leadthrough of attestation of productions, proof-of-concept laboratories and certification of products, in a road economy. As a result of implementation of works SOU is developed: "Confirmation of accordances are in a road economy"; "Order of leadthrough of certification of products is in a road economy"; "Order and rule leadthrough of attestation of production in a road economy"; "Order of leadthrough of technical supervision is after the certificated products and attested production"; "Rule leadthrough of attestation of proof-of-concept laboratories is in a road economy".
