Found to increase survival predimahinalnyh stages when added to food BN in low concentrations (10 and 20 mmol / l) compared with controls. Adding BN in food flies throughout life (as in peredimahinalniy and on imahinalniy herds) caused a statistically significant impact on life expectancy (TZH) as males [F (5,894) = 10,32; p <0,001], and females [ F (5,869) = 9,52; p <0,001]. Posteriori comparisons showed that the average TZH males and females that ate food from the BN substrate at concentrations 10 mmol / l and 20 mmol / L, significantly increased compared with control Adding BN in flies feed only on the imago stage also resulted in statistically significant changes TZH males [F (5,894) = 18,99; p <0,001] and females [F (5,894) = 6,16; p <0,001]. Statistically significant increase STZH males compared with control were found when adding BN in feed at concentrations 20 mmol / l (p <0,001) and 40 mmol / l (p <0,05). In females, consuming BN flies only at the stage of imago, the continuation of life not found in any of the experimental groups. Add in the food substrate BN in most of the used doses (160 mmol / l) led to a significant reduction STZH both males and females compared with controls (p <0,001). Note that we found continued TZH flies using BN in small doses (10-40 mg / dL) can not be explained by selection on peredimahinalnyh stages because it was absent in all experimental groups. Revealed prolongation of life of females when added to food in the BN substrate concentrations of 10 and 20 mmol / l throughout the life of insects can not be explained by a reduction in their reproductive activity, because addition of the drug in the feed as adults on stage and lifelong resulted in most experimental groups to increase the reproductive activity of young females aged 12 days. We can assume that we found in some experimental groups continued life of males and females who received food from the BN in concentration 10-40 mmol / l, is explained hormezysu effect induced by drug consumption and hormezys, in turn, may be due to induction of adaptive epigenetic changes.
