The project purpose are to research the theoretical bases and disclosure the architectonic of the provision and adjustment modern mechanism of the steady and balanced economic growth in Ukraine in the conditions of the world and domestic economic and currency systems transformation, and also a global economic crisis. Research methods: theoretical generalization, comparison of existing theories, ordering, formalization, a method of groupings, supervision, the graphical analysis, statistical and mathematical methods, the system approach, formalization, economic - statistical and mathematical methods, in particular macroeconomic modeling, methods of mathematical statistics, time-series analysis, exploratory factor analysis, etc. Results of scientific researches - the approach to the construction of architecture of financial stimulation modern system of the steady economic growth in Ukraine is developed, and also offers on enhancement of the financial mechanism of its provision and adjustment are proved. The basic scientific results: 1 the maintenance of the financial architectonic as scientific direction is opened and architectonic conceptual bases provisions of the economic growth are researched; 2. Theoretical aspects are concretized and directions of the enhancement of the architecture of steady economic growth financial stimulation system are developed; 3. The analysis of a current state and development prospects of the world monetary system architectonic is carried out; 4. Forming and adjustment problems of the resursogeneriruyuschy and crediting potentials of the banking system are developed, the economic - mathematical models in terms of their risk analysis and management are developed; 4. The theoretical complex and economic - mathematical models regarding forming and a regulation of architecture of business sector are developed; 5. Recommendations about application of tools of the regulation and the organization of the financial space as element of architecture of the financial system are developed. Scientific novelty of the received results consists in the theoretical justification of the essence of the steady economic growth financial stimulation architectonic, and also construction and a regulation processes of the architecture of the steady economic growth financial stimulation modern system and its elements. The developed theoretical complex and economic - mathematical models can be used in practical activities of government, at development of the Ukraine economic growth programs on the basis of use of the internal sources of the financial resources. Results of researches also can be used by preparation of economists in higher education system on economic specialties, by preparation of scientists and university professors of higher educational institutions in a direction 08.00.08 - money, finance and credit.
