The aim of this work is to find solutions and areas optimization and improvement of technologies and procedures of customs control and clearance of cargo and vehicles, as well as improving the efficiency of the transport system of Ukraine for its successful integration into the system of international transport corridors. The report, based on analysis of foreign trade, proposed measures to improve the system of economic security for transit movement of goods, infrastructure development directions of the customs border of Ukraine, are ways of improving the technology and methods of transport operations and customs procedures, including taking into account modern technology . Special attention is paid to the practical implementation of methods of forecasting freight and identify areas of improvement and efficiency of transport and customs infrastructure. Also reviewed in the issue of integration of the transport system of Ukraine into the system of international transport corridors, namely the prospects of oil transportation and gas transmission systems taking into account Ukraine's energy security, the problems of building a Eurasian transport corridor, ways to improve the operational performance of rolling stock through the use of suw-2000 for organization of international cargo transportation. In this report, in accordance with the Terms of Reference presented results of research work in 2009 - 2011 he was on "Optimization of transport and customs procedures and technologies of cargo - Altair I/07," which is a diversified scientific and technical program of the State Customs Service of Ukraine.
