It is shown that the PVB (with small amounts of PAG and BBF) in the optimal concentration can increase strength pressed samples and does not lead to negative changes in the structure of the ceramics during sintering. It is shown that for different types of materials as filler (Al2O3, Cr2O3, NiO) of composite materials has its own optimal concentrations, which lead to a significant increase in the fracture toughness at equal level strength and density of the material. Retrieved composite materials with elevated by 50 - 80% coefficient of fracture toughness. Were determined optimal parameters of technological processes of the ceramic composite parts of complex shape by pressing and sintering of granular nanopowders of own production. The use of organic binders in the optimal concentration in the manufacture of molding powder allows producing of not sintered green ceramics samples by standard methods of machining, with sufficient accuracy using standard cutting tools and cutters.
