Influence of technological parameters of production of bearing metal enroute "arc furnace-LF - VD" on quality bearings steels by globular inclusions were analysed and generalized. Thermodynamics calculations are execute the quantitative estimation of composition of nonmetallic phase based on probability of flowing of the forecast reactions. The industrial assay of technology of production is conducted Shkh15SG-V became with the use of complex deoxidant of silicomanganese MnS17. The developed industrial technology of melting of steel of Shkh15SG-V with the use of silicomanganese MnS17 provides the indexes of quality of metal on morphology and to composition of nonmetallic inclusions on norms GOST 801-78, DIN 50602 and ASTM E 45, decline of expense of ferromanganese of FMn78 on 92%, ferrosilicon FS65 - on 30%, as compared to operating technology. An economic effect from introduction will make 29,53 UAN/t.
