The control subsystem of collection, preparation and recovery of nodules, as well as the central coordinating subsystem are designed. A control strategy for technological equipment are developed to solve complexly a problem of spending parameters optimization with usage of criterion of minimum energy. Structural-functional scheme of equipment management subsystem are developed reflecting the complex processes of solid mineral extraction at the bottom and transport them to the vessel carrier. As a result the automated way of equipment start and stop are developed with considering the parameters of bottom block operating modes . The advantages of the developed method is shortening transients by reducing the number of start-up operations .
