Khanin, method "Prognosis", method of determination of control localization, method of revealing and analysis of professionally important qualities of the specialists of the system "a man - technique", method "Intest".The results of research are presented as description of the basic components of the system and structure of professionally important qualities of the activity of workers operatively rescue services of Civil Protection of Ministry of Emergencies of Ukraine. The main sphere of application of the results is professional preparation of personnel of Ministry of Emergencies.
