For achievement of this aim the condensates of chrome and nickel are got in near-equilibrium terms in a high-clean inert environment by condensation weak streams of substance by means of the system of magnetron sputtering on a direct current. The structure of condensates was investigated by transmission and scanning electronic microscopy, basis of which is loosely-coupled nanocrystals or structural fragments with the rounded habituses of micro- and nanometer scale, depending on the technological parameters of experiment. Forming of the system of whiskers was investigated, optimal technological parameters forming of low-dimensional structures of chrome and nickel were certain. The condensates of silicon and carbon was obtain in near-equilibrium conditions in a high-clean inert environment by condensation of diffusive back fluxes of the ion-sputtered substance, that it is realized by accumulative ion-plasma system. Structural properties of the got condensates was investigated by depending of the technological conditions of condensation, determinate optimal conditions for obtain silicon and carbon micro- and nanostructures. Thus for the condensates of silicon self-organization of identical forms and sizes of small islands was educed, it is explained by created mathematical model. For the condensates of carbon was investigated the process of allotropic selectivity of growth, it was the result of self-organization of process of near-equilibrium stationary condensation in the accumulative ion-plasma system.
